Next Day Despatch (Before 23.59)
- Order before 23.59 and get your coffee roasted and despatched the next day (excluding weekends). Any orders after midnight will be despatched the next day. Any orders placed after 23.59 on Thursday, will be despatched on Monday.

Free Tracked Delivery
- All UK orders over £25 are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery.
Letterbox Friendly
- All 1 x 250g orders are sent in a letterbox-friendly parcel, adhering to Royal Mail's Large Letter size constraints, with a maximum height of 25mm.
- All 2 x 250g bags of coffee will be despatched in a letterbox friendly parcel and should fit through most UK letterboxes. Based on a max height of 40mm.
Freshly Roasted to Order
- We aim to roast all of our coffee to order but there may be times where some of our mainstay coffees will be rested before being despatched.
Track Your Order
- We’ve introduced a free tracked delivery service on orders with a basket value of £25 and over allowing you to have full traceability on your order under 2KG.

- International Shipping – Customs Clearance & Import Taxes: Origin Coffee Ltd cannot accept responsibility for customs clearance or any import tax, country-specific customs charges or local country tax. Please check with your local customs before purchasing.
- We are currently unable to ship any electrical goods containing lithium batteries to China, due to custom rules and regulations.
- We reserve the right to adjust our shipping rates at any time without prior notice. By purchasing goods from our website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the website and the shipping rates shown at checkout. Please contact us if you have any questions on shipping rates.
- Products purchased at origincoffee.mom is not for resale unless expressly agreed in writing by Origin Coffee Ltd
- Sales to non-business customers that are located outside the UK will be distributed using Delivered At Place (DAP) shipping terms. The customer is the ‘importer of record’ and liable for any import VAT/customs duty that may apply on import.
Returns Policy (Returns)
Non-consumable goods
- We will accept returns of any equipment or faulty goods. Equipment or merchandise must be returned unused in its original packaging to Origin Coffee Ltd, The Roastery, Penhallow, Truro, Cornwall TR4 9NF. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Non-faulty goods must be returned at your own cost and you must provide evidence of having returned the item. We will organise for faulty goods to be collected from you; we will use our own courier and you will be required to be available for a nominated collection. Please ensure to include your order number and email address when returning non-consumable goods.
Consumable goods
- Whilst we want you to be happy with your order, as coffee is a consumable good we will only replace or refund coffee if it is faulty or damaged in any way. This is subject to assessment by our Customer Service team and Head of Coffee, as applicable. Please contact our Customer Service team (Monday to Friday 0900 -1700) on 01326 574337 or by email info@origincoffee.mom in this instance. They will then work with you to resolve the issue.
Cancellation (Subscriptions)
- Please note that these our recurring subscriptions (i.e. those that have automatic repeat payment) can be cancelled at any time by contacting our Customer Service team (Monday to Friday 0900-1700) on 01326 574337 or info@origincoffee.mom detailing ‘CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION’
- If payment fails for a recurring subscription, we will attempt to take the payment from the nominated card again two days later up to a total of three times. If this final attempt fails we will contact you by email to advise you of this. Please note that your coffee will not be roasted and despatched until payment is processed. Your subscription date will then reset to the day the successful payment was taken.
